I was a bit miffed when they missed the Friday delivery date and told me it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. But hey, I was happy to get my package on Saturday, Christmas Eve. Thanks, Utility!

I just put in an order (so I can't comment on delivery yet) but felt the need to share about the awesome customer service I got. The process of ordering was a bit of a hassle, but it had NOTHING to do with Utility. The support I got from the online team was top-notch, especially from Morgan-Louise. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about this company. A solid 10 out of 10 from a super satisfied customer!

I ran into some issues while shopping online due to a tech glitch with my bank. UTILITYGIFT was super accommodating - they sent me alternative buying options via email and responded right away when I had a question. It was a fast and friendly fix. My parcel is set to arrive today, so I’ll update later!

For my initial order, I got a nice discount, and the product I bought was reasonably priced. The site is super user-friendly. Delivery was fast, and the item was nicely packaged. I'd definitely shop with them again.

I ordered a gift, but then I got an email saying it wasn't available at the warehouse and that it was being shipped from the store to the warehouse. I'm still in the dark about whether it has been sent to the birthday person.

Amazing support from the team! I placed an order from the Republic of Ireland, and the crew kept me updated via email about possible customs issues and shipping dates. The mug I received was securely packaged, so it showed up intact, and I was really pleased with the mug itself.

At first, I was a bit doubtful that this might be just another business that takes your order and then fails to deliver when they can't find the item since they don’t keep their own inventory; but that’s not what happened here! The products arrived promptly and were packed nicely, no problems at all. I’d totally suggest this place, plus they have some really cool alternative gift options.

Today, I received my set of Sass and Belle mugs. The way they were packaged made sure they got here intact, and I was impressed by how eco-friendly the materials were. Nearly everything went straight into the recycling bin. Plus, these mugs are absolutely stunning! 😊❤️

I typically frequent the Utility store in Liverpool and always enjoy my visits since it’s packed with awesome brands and one-of-a-kind items. A while back, I placed an order online during the lockdown and was really impressed. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but hey, that was totally understandable. When it finally showed up, I was over the moon! The parcel was super well packed and even had a note from the person who put my order together, which I thought was a nice touch. Another huge plus was that the package was mostly free of plastic, with everything else being recyclable! The only bit of plastic in the entire box was a film on a jigsaw I got. All in all, I was really happy and will definitely be ordering again and keep shopping in-store!

I've always loved their products and typically visit the store, but this was my first time shopping online with Utility Gifts. It was a smooth experience; the website was user-friendly, and they kept me in the loop after I placed my order. The package showed up right on time and was nicely wrapped. Awesome items and fantastic packaging! After a real hassle with a different company, this is super important. I can't find anything wrong with this business. When one item was out of stock, they called to let me know and suggested a replacement. That’s a nice touch!

The item showed up nicely packed and pretty quickly, but there were some clear discrepancies compared to the pictures. For instance, the badge on the front looked dark in the photo, but it turned out to be white when it got here. The interior of the bag was shown as blue, yet it came in grey. Also, the zippers in the image appeared dark, but in reality, they were yellow. While these differences aren't huge, I still chose to keep the bag. The service was decent, but I was a bit let down by the bag I received, which is why I gave it a 3-star rating.
